Dushka is a highly experienced solicitor in the field of workers compensation.  She worked for over 25 years in the Civil Litigation Section of the Crown Solicitor’s Office at the Attorney-General’s Department, acting for Government insurers and providing high level advice on all aspects of workers compensation claims.

After many wonderful years of service for the Government, Dushka decided it was time to take her accumulated skills and insights to help injured people.  Her bright and friendly personality is a delight for her clients.  To the insurers, she is a strong and tenacious opponent who is seen to be determined to secure the best possible outcome for clients in often difficult circumstances.
