Carolyn is a Senior Associate of K + K Legal and has more than 20 years’ experience in litigation and dispute resolution spanning across civil, criminal and commercial jurisdictions.

She worked for over 15 years as a criminal solicitor and prosecutor at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (SA) and for over 5 years in the Civil Litigation Section of the Crown Solicitor’s Office, where she provided high level advice to Government agencies on sensitive and complex matters. Carolyn’s practice areas include victims of crime, workers compensation, motor vehicle accidents, public liability claims and medical negligence matters. She provides sound, practical advice and together with strong negotiation skills, has achieved outstanding results for her clients.

Carolyn’s dual experience as a prosecutor, and as a Senior Solicitor/Delegate at the Crown assessing hundreds of victims of crime applications puts her in a rare position and advantage of understanding victims, along with knowing how the Crown calculates compensation.  This means she can achieve the best possible results in victims of crime claims.
